Step-by-step journey

1. Submit the NGO profile and expression of interest.
2. Provide registration, governance, banking and other requested documents.
3. Share the proposed implementation location and premises details.
4. Submit the preliminary kitchen plan and quotations when requested.
5. Submit proposed beneficiary details for 100–200 children, subject to privacy and child-safeguarding requirements. Do not upload unnecessary personal identifiers of children on this form.
6. Complete due diligence and programme review.
7. Receive written approval/participation terms.
8. Complete infrastructure and centre-readiness requirements.
9. Complete the launch-readiness checklist.
10. Launch the programme and begin the reporting cycle.
