Child identification guidelines
Partners identify approximately 100–200 children for a proposed centre — with privacy, safeguarding and dignity at the centre of outreach.
Outreach should focus on vulnerable children who need structured nutrition and developmental support — not on publicity. Keep records accurate, respectful and ready for programme review.
- Map local areas where children are at risk or outside regular school.
- Engage families and community contacts carefully where appropriate.
- Document beneficiaries in the prescribed format.
- Never publish identifying details without proper consent and safeguarding review.
